  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, clearance or sale items, and items marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
  3. Shipping: Return the product in its original packaging. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective on arrival.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@joziba.in . We may ask for photos of the damage or defect to assess the situation.

  • Replacement: In case of damage or defect, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping fees.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., if the item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition).
